Needs to build a powergen right off the bat for this though, and he'd need empty pockets for that too. Since it's 5 days for the lift, 5 for excavation.
He also can't build the Workshop in time I believe if he wants a 2nd uplink in March unless he gets fortunate with an empty pocket. Mandemon's suggested setup only has power enough for OTS, Uplink, and Workshop (or 2nd Workshop in lieu of OTS) until he excavates all the way through to the edge the 2nd level.
Depends heavily on when you're planning on building the OTS, Foundry, and Containment and how many sats you want to get month from month.
